Q: How do I acquire a membership?
A: There are three ways. First, you can purchase your membership online.
Second, visit us; scan the QR Code located on our scoreboards and premises and complete the process to acquire your membership.
Third, you can register and purchase your membership at our front desk.
Q: What is the cost to be a Kingpin member?
A: The fee is $10 annually. The day after you join, you will receive a $10 sign-up bonus via email.
Q: What are the benefits of being in the Kingpin membership roll?
A: In addition to a $10 signup bonus, you receive two free games on your birthday month, an inside on up to 20
promotions throughout the calendar year. You also get to bowl for a full calendar year at preferred rates. A date night alone
can save you $10 based on two bowling two games, shoes, two appetizers and two liquor beverages.
Q: If I purchase the membership in person at the front desk, do I qualify for the member discounts?
A: Yes. Whatever way you purchase your membership, you qualify for the member discounts once your membership is valid and verified.
Q: How do I identify myself as a member when checking in?
A: We will look up your membership via your phone number or email; while we will ask you at checkin
regarding your membership status, it is your responsbility to remember the phone number or email your
membership is associated with.
Q: What membership discounts are available?
A: We have preferred member pricing on our open bowling rates, shoe rentals, liquor and non-liquor beverages
and our food products. Preferred member pricing is also available on our full youth birthday package.
There are no time or date restrictions on member discounts.
Member pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise mentioned.
Q: I have a virtual or digital coupon. How do I redeem it.
A: Wait until you get here before starting this process. If you are waitlisted for a lane, wait until your
lane is ready. If the coupon applies for food, ensure that the product under offer (or the food item you want)
is not sold out before starting the redemption process.
Once you are ready to redeem, poiunt your smart device to the coupon; you should be able to reach this via
the email sent to you by us. Proceed in accordance with the staff to complete the redemption process.
If you start the redemption process too soon, the coupon can time out and possibly be lost or forfeit; also
our staff cannot validate what they cannot see.
