Aged 3 to 19 years for our great Youth Bowling Program

THE 2023-24 BOWLING DEPOT YOUTH PROGRAM

The Bowling Depot provides an extensive youth bowling program. It is affiliated with Youth Bowl Canada (YBC), an organization open to all youth bowlers where awards are given for achievements and children have the opportunity to bowl on a TEAM. For many youngsters this will be their first experience in team sports. Their individual scores each game depend on their own effort, however, they are part of the team and their scores contribute to the team's results. Awards are given for achievements.

The YBC allows every youngster an opportunity to develop skills, team spirit and leadership.

The YBC at the Bowling Depot is run by volunteer supervisors. They are certified coaches who are interested in both children and the sport of bowling. Every youngster has the opportunity to develop his or her skills. Bowling plays an important part in developing team spirit and leadership.

Children start as young as three years. At this age, they usually bowl with two hands.

FUN, FUN, FUN

Bowling in the Bowling Depot Youth Program means Fun. In addition to bowling every week with your FRIENDS, there are many other fun opportunities - tournaments, parties, trips, and other activities make for one very fun season indeed.

REGISTRATION

Pre-register by contacting us by email or telephone.

First day of bowling is September 9, 2023.

The Registration fee is $185.00. This includes: national and Alberta YBC membership, the year-end banquet, bowling shirt, prize fund, Christmas event and assessment for one case of chocolates in the YBC chocolate sales fundraiser.

There is one start time for all ages.

YBC weekly dues include shoe rental and GST where applicable.
